David G. Ross has joined the firm of counsel, focusing on continuing his practice of serving clients in areas of small business organization, as well as real estate (commercial and residential) and estate planning and probate.
David has been admitted to practice law in New York since 1977, and having forty-five (45) years of experience in general business and personal legal matters including family and matrimonial law, Real Estate and Trusts and Estates. David has practiced in all Courts in the New York system throughout Western New York, representing businesses and individuals in a wide range of legal matters both in and out of court.
David is a graduate of George Washington University and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. He has been an active member of the Monroe County Bar Association, the Foundation of the Monroe County Bar Association, where he is a past President, and a member of various committees of Monroe County Bar Association and is a past chair of The Committee for Professional Performance. He is also a member of the New York State Bar and the American Bar Associations. His community activities and involvement have been with Jewish Senior Life, The Foundation of Jewish Senior Life, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and as a coach for LLS in their “Team in Training” Marathon Program.
