Since joining Trevett Cristo in 2013, partner Bill LaForte has led the firm’s commercial real estate practice group, handling a broad spectrum of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, leasing transactions, financing, and development. Bill also has a wealth of experience in community associations, and represents countless area homeowners’ associations, condominiums, and their managing agents. Bill has drafted offering plans for condominiums in different areas of New York State.

When Bill is not in the office, he is often traveling to attend meetings as Chair of the Board of the American Heart Association Board of Directors for the Founders Affiliate, a position he has held since 2017. Bill was previously chair of the Board for the American Heart Association, Rochester Region, and leads Trevett Cristo’s Rochester Heart Walk team every year.
