Since his admission to the New York State Bar in early 2020, D'Alfonso has assisted clients in commercial and residential real estate, corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and estate administration. Prior to his legal career, D’Alfonso worked in real estate and business.

D'Alfonso is a ​magna cum laude​ graduate of Le Moyne College and ​cum laude​ graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law. He is active in the Greater Rochester community and is involved in the New York State Bar Association and Monroe County Bar Association.
