Trevett Cristo, a general practice law firm headquartered in Rochester, NY with over 90 years of experience across a broad range of commercial and personal practice areas, welcomes Kevin Connell to the firm as an Associate.

Kevin’s area of focus is primarily Insurance Defense. He handles matters that include motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and toxic torts cases. As the newest member of Trevett Crito’s Insurance Defense team, he brings a diverse background that also includes experience in Education Law and Labor and Employment Law. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Rochester where he published two books on higher education reform. He has also written several articles and spoken at numerous forums on the topic.

His involvement with organizations on campus during law school led Kevin to become recognized as a leader in the field. In recognition of his achievements with the American Constitution Society, Kevin was inducted as a Next Generation Leader, an honor given to only 20 students in the nation each year. Kevin was also inducted into The Order of Barristers, an honor given for exhibiting excellence through the art of courtroom advocacy.

Kevin received his Bar Accreditation in New York State. He graduated from William & Mary Law School in 2018. Outside of the firm, Kevin is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, MCBA Young Lawyers Section, MCBA Lawyers for Learning Committee, and the New York State Bar Association.
