Rochester, NY, July 21, 2016 - Bill La Forte, commercial real estate attorney at Trevett Cristo Salzer & Andolina, P.C., was a principal speaker on a panel that discussed numerous aspects of Community Association law at the annual Western New York Chapter of the Community Association Institute’s member event last night.

The event, which drew more than 125 people, took place at Monroe Golf Club in Pittsford, NY. La Forte provided legal insight and addressed a range of questions and concerns that were brought up by Association members.

Those in attendance consisted of real estate management companies, people who serve on boards of homeowner associations, homeowner volunteers and industry partners.

A seasoned commercial real estate attorney, La Forte has a breadth of experience in both commercial and residential real estate matters. He counsels and advises dozens of condominium and homeowner’s associations, and formulates and drafts offering plans for both planned unit developments, condominiums and property owners’ associations, among other focuses.
